We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Cub&Thread. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you need to request a return.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original, resalable condition. Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs and safe delivery back to us are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

How to request a return

1. Email cubthread@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
3. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage until the return is complete.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes are not refundable unless required by law. Please allow up to 5 business days after approval for processing, plus any time required by your payment provider.
